The Working Genius model is the latest and greatest teamwork revolution from Pat Lencioni and The Table Group (The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Advantage).

It’s a productivity and personality tool that helps you and your team find more fulfillment and effectiveness in work. That means your people get happier, your strategy gets smarter—and the things that matter most to your organization flow.

The key idea

It divides all work into six stages. Everyone is a Genius at some stages and Frustrated by others—discovering which is which for you and the members of your team is the first step towards the next level of engagement and results.
