The Working Genius model is the latest and greatest teamwork revolution from Pat Lencioni and The Table Group (The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Advantage).
It’s a productivity and personality tool that helps you and your team find more fulfillment and effectiveness in work. That means your people get happier, your strategy gets smarter—and the things that matter most to your organization flow.
The key idea is that it divides all work into six stages. Everyone is a Genius at some stages and Frustrated by others—discovering which is which for you and the members of your team is the first step towards the next level of engagement and results.
Working with a facilitator
Discovery
Step 1: We set up a call to talk about the opportunities and challenges facing your org. How might Working Genius help your team get healthier and more productive today?
Who’s in the room?
Step 2: Once you feel ready for a next step, we talk about who should be in the room for the session, and pick a date and time.
Conversational session
Step 3: We have a conversational session with lots of room for Q&A, pushback (healthy conflict is good!), and digging deeper into each person’s results.
